Young Leaders Connect -IDEAL Programme Relaunch

IWFSA's first ever virtual Re-Launch of the Young Leaders Connect (“YLC") IDEAL Programme. The YLC is one of our strategic initiative of developing the next generation of women leaders through mentorship, coaching, customized entrepreneurship programs, conversations utilizing the digital platform. It is also mechanism of IWFSA members to give back while supporting the next generation of women leaders.

This initiative is executed through the Leadership Sub-Committee (“LDC") of the board chaired by Ms. Futhi Mtoba. The LDC mission is to develop more than 200 ethical women leaders by 2025.
